Provides information, support, and referrals for individuals diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia (LBD), as well as their family members and caregivers. Experienced LBD caregivers are available to listen to clients, provide emotional support, share their own stories, and provide referrals to helpful resources. Also provides an online library of literature and educational materials regarding LBD, including resources for patients, families, caregivers, and medical professionals. Other options include online support groups. When contacting by telephone, leave contact information. An LBDA volunteer will respond to messages within 24-48 hours. Volunteers cannot provide medical information or advice via talkline or email.

Offers a statewide warmline for fathers and masculine-identifying caregivers to reach out to whenever they need someone to talk with. Leave a message and a staff member will return the call within 24-48 hours.

Provides a free nationwide peer-support helpline service providing information, resource referrals, and support to teens and young adults. Operated by trained peers who have experienced mental health issues. This is not a crisis line and does not provide mental health counseling.
Provides telephone information and assistance for Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. Also provides information about chapter services and community resources like home care, adult day care, care coordination, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, eldercare lawyers, financial planners, and transportation. The helpline staff are licensed and trained clinicians. They do not perform diagnosis over the phone, but can help connect callers with in person diagnostic services.
Provides culturally sensitive financial and money management education to New Americans in their own language. When possible, offers financial "house parties" for members of specific immigrant communities, hosted by a participant and facilitated by CVOEO Community Ambassadors trained in financial education who speak the same language. Topics include banking in the US, building credit scores, budgeting, microbusiness development, buying a house or car, and more. Community Ambassadors also provide interpretation for 1:1 financial coaching appointments and offer support for traditional credit and budgeting classes as well. Also available are culturally responsive classes that go into greater depth on saving, home ownership as an asset, and starting and sustaining small businesses. Also offers talkline for help to learn how to get help with food, housing, renters’ rights, and more. Offers interpreted audio files about unemployment and EIDL/PPP loans for small businesses.

Provides free, confidential, and direct support and information to individuals with questions or concerns about child sexual abuse. Also offers email, chat services, and an online interactive help center.
Offers a confidential, non-judgmental call and texting support service for Vermonters who are struggling and/or wanting to connect. Service is provided by individuals who have themselves struggled with mental health challenges and/or substance use disorders. Call length is not limited and staff provide listening, connection, and meaningful conversations.
Provides confidential support and resources to youth and young adults with concerns about their own or a friend’s sexual safety, sexual thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
