Description

Provides information, support, and referrals for individuals diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia (LBD), as well as their family members and caregivers. Experienced LBD caregivers are available to listen to clients, provide emotional support, share their own stories, and provide referrals to helpful resources. Also provides an online library of literature and educational materials regarding LBD, including resources for patients, families, caregivers, and medical professionals. Other options include online support groups. When contacting by telephone, leave contact information. A LBDA volunteer will respond to messages within 24-48 hours. Volunteers cannot provide medical information or advice via talkline or email.
