Description

Provides telephone information and assistance for Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. Also provides information about chapter services and community resources like home care, adult day care, care coordination, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, eldercare lawyers, financial planners, and transportation. The helpline staff are licensed and trained clinicians. They do not perform diagnosis over the phone, but can help connect callers with in person diagnostic services.
