Trained staff provide a comprehensive energy audit, including diagnosis of energy problems due to air infiltration, heating and cooling loss, or inefficient household systems. Also provides a list of solutions, and an estimate of material costs and predicted benefits and savings for each recommended efficiency measure.

Allows for an individual or organization that receives Social Security and/or SSI payments and who cannot manage their own money to name a representative to assist with direct management of their benefits. The Social Security Administration assists individuals in finding a representative payee, as well as manages the application process for individuals and organization looking to become representative payees.
