First Call also provides education, support, and "Gatekeeper Training" to community providers to promote prompt and appropriate response to mental health crises.

Guests may visit more than once, even within the same day. For the first three years, no fee or insurance is required except for medical care. Accepts guests with complex and multiple diagnoses, including individuals with an intellectual disability, substance use disorder, traumatic brain injury, and more.
