Offers a small Emergency Assistance Fund.

Helps residents in need of one-time emergency financial assistance. Individuals may apply for assistance with paying a specific bill or for assistance with covering unanticipated costs of a specific service, especially a health-related service. Tupper Fund Advocate will assist individuals with writing descriptions of reasons for emergency financial assistance requests.

Works to bring community members together by offering a range of programs, including a community meal; limited support fund; community events such as music, theater, clothing repair, and Haiku; and youth enrichment and organizing activities.

Provides limited emergency funds to qualified applicants for utility, housing costs and other urgent needs, which are paid directly to utility company or vendor. Inquiry is made to see if other community resources have been looked at that the individual might be eligible for.
