Vermont CARES is a statewide non-profit health care organization that provides harm reduction services, education, and resources to Vermonters affected by HIV, Hepatitis C, and substance use. Services include free rapid HIV testing, onsite and mobile services, overdose prevention, free Narcan and fentanyl test strips, safe syringe disposal, and community education.
