Offers the services of Certified Recovery Coaches/Peer support specialist, who work both one-on-one with people on all paths to recovery to help them plan and make positive improvement in their lives, as well as with their families. Recovery Coaches also help guide people in recovery to finding resources such as detox and treatment, housing, food, heat, clothing, and transportation, and resources for improving relationships and getting connected with others in recovery with whom they can relate.

Provides representation to individuals in the custody of the Commissioner of Corrections. Provides representation to juveniles in delinquency proceedings, and to parties in juvenile proceedings including children in need of care and supervision (CHINS) and termination of parental rights cases. Individuals in extradition, probation or parole revocation proceedings are also represented.

Provides a voluntary program for youth who have received a civil violation for underage drinking or possession of alcohol, or a civil violation for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Provides personal emergency response systems that include 24-hour response services that connect individuals to trained personal response associates who can send help quickly, allowing at-risk individuals to continue to live as independently as possible. Service includes room temperature sensor to alert if too cold or too hot. Optional additional services include GPS, fall detection, check-in calls, and medication reminders.
