Collaborates with other wellness programs, youth-serving organizations, schools, and communities to help them promote healthy behaviors and reduce health risks.

Black River Area Community Coalition (BRACC) is a non-profit organization serving the towns of Chester, Ludlow, Mount Holly, and Plymouth through education and collaboration to promote wellness and prevent the misuse of alcohol, cannabis, nicotine, tobacco and other drugs, with an emphasis on increasing protective factors for youth in the community. BRACC also provides a teen center.
