Provides comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for women from puberty through the post-menopausal years. Services include well-woman exams, contraception, pregnancy and delivery services including midwifery services, pregnancy and childbirth education, as well as breastfeeding and postpartum support services. Services may also include menopausal and post-menopausal management services and urogynecology services.

Provides counseling to youth, young adults, and families to help them identify and work with their strengths to achieve their goals. Offers services for clients who experience both mental health and substance use issues, such as: Depression, Life Transitions, Anxiety, Family Conflict Trauma and PTSD, Parenting Concerns, Substance Use Disorders, and Relationship Issues. Also offers counseling groups focused around different topics.

Provides monthly cash assistance to low-income households in which a person's care or services are essential to an elderly or disabled person's remaining in his or her home. Benefit can be directly deposited into a bank account, or put onto an EBT card.

The Community Mental Health Division offers comprehensive outpatient mental health services, community outreach, and home- and community-based interventions for children, youth, adults, and families. Services span the full continuum of care, from early identification and support for children and adolescents to the highest level of wraparound treatment through Intensive Adult Services. Programs focus on crisis de-escalation, clinical intervention, symptom reduction, and long-term recovery using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. The division also provides supported living environments for individuals receiving Intensive Adult Services, promoting stability, independence, and ongoing mental health recovery.

Provides restorative interventions for youth and youthful offenders involved with the juvenile justice system, at risk of becoming involved with the juvenile justice system, and/or truant. Aims to decrease risk factors and strengthen protective factors in order to reduce or eliminate further involvement in the system.

Provides representation to individuals in the custody of the Commissioner of Corrections. Individuals in extradition, probation or parole revocation proceedings are also represented.

Assists individuals seeking to improve their money management skills in monthly bill paying, debt reduction, savings and credit reports and credit repair. Works with the individual to develop a monthly household budget to address their income, expenses and debt as well as referrals to eligible programs to create a sustainable budget for basic living expenses. Also offers workshops that address money management including banking services, preparing for a personal/car loan or home mortgage, reviewing, repairing and rebuilding credit reports and paying down debt.

Thrift store that sells donated household goods, appliances, books, furniture, and building materials. Profits are used to fund the Home Repair and Weatherization programs.

Provides hands-on learning opportunities to teach skills that promote success in life. Young people can join a 4-H club, Cloverbud, special interest, or school enrichment group. Activities include project learning, community service, and recreational activities.

Supports the successful re-entry into the community of people released from incarceration through Circles of Support and Accountability (COSAs). COSAs are made up of citizen volunteers who work with participants to help them learn to manage the challenges of everyday life, be accountable for their actions and become responsible community members. Volunteer coordinators may help establish links to employment, housing, transportation, and benefit programs.
