Provides professional assistance with the assessment and development of plans for the care of individuals who, because of age, illness, disability or other difficulties, need assistance in planning and arranging for in-home care services. Putney's community Registered Nurse will coordinate the delivery of needed services, provide assistance/education around following medical advice and proper medication taking, assess in-home mobility safety to reduce the risk of falls, assist families with understanding the issues and needs of the family member requiring in-home care services, and provide ongoing follow-up visits to ensure the best possible health outcomes. All services provided are confidential and specific to each individual's needs.

Manages a fund used to help certain Vermonters pay for a delivery of heating fuel. Fuel dealers sign up to pledge to make a fuel delivery to one of their customers per winter. The fund pays back the dealer for half of the delivery. Any Vermonter can donate to the fund. Neighbors and friends can nominate someone to receive the free delivery.

Offers Vermont high school students the opportunity to enroll full time at any of CCV’s 12 locations during the fall and spring of their senior year for a combined total of 8-10 classes (24+ credits). Credits apply to both high school completion and college. Classes may be online or in-person.

Offers the Extension Master Gardener Course, which covers the fundamentals of home gardening and plant and soil sciences, and is adapted to local needs and the Vermont environment. Program also provides a year-round toll free Extension Master Gardener Helpline, an office location for submitting plant and pest specimens for analysis, and an e-mail address to which the home gardener's horticulture questions can be addressed. Helps families with children by providing case management services that support work, training and education, and cash grants for basic necessities. Reach Up helps with identifying skills, abilities, interests, training or education needs, preparation for work, childcare costs, transportation costs, and work-related costs such as clothing, tools, and supplies. Each person on Reach Up works with a case manager to create a Family Development Plan. Benefits paid through direct deposit or EBT card. Child-Only Reach Up provides cash assistance to help eligible adults care for the minor, dependent children of relatives or family friends. Reach First helps families overcome temporary, short-term financial crises and avoid the need for longer-term assistance, providing case management, financial help, and support services. Reach Ahead helps families transition from Vermont's Reach Up or Post-Secondary Education (PSE) programs to working, with supports to help maintain a job, including cash incentives for working and help paying for car repairs, work clothes, and work supplies, a 100% childcare subsidy, and a cash benefit for food.

Tenant must first contact landlord or building owner in an effort to resolve the issue before filing unsafe building complaints.
