Represents Medicare beneficiaries who also receive Medicaid in Medicare appeals concerning home health services, durable medical equipment, nursing care and prescription drug coverage.

Provides comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for women from puberty through the post-menopausal years. Services include well-woman exams, contraception, pregnancy and delivery services including midwifery services, pregnancy and childbirth education, as well as breastfeeding and post-partum support services. Services may also include menopausal and post-menopausal management services and urogynecology services.

Provides hands-on instruction for beginners on organic gardening, including how to plant, cultivate, harvest, and preserve fresh vegetables.

Partners with local and statewide conservation organizations to conserve Vermont lands for the future. Also offers an online directory of conserved land open to the public for recreational trails.

The process generally involves analysis of the individual's income, expenses, debts, taxes and other factors to create a personal financial assessment; development of a budget for basic living expenses. Also offers workshops that address a wide variety of money management issues including banking services, consumer credit lending, and debt consolidation/repayment.

Provides assistance in navigating Vermont Health Connect, Green Mountain Care and FQHC health care systems to aid clients in obtaining free or subsidized health care through referrals, including: benefit screening and enrollment assistance, dental referrals and assistance in obtaining care, patient assistance and pharmacy programs, eye care referrals, tobacco use screening and cessation program referrals, and physician referrals.
