Promotional periods vary based on dollar amount charged. If the balance is not paid by the end of the promotional period, the whole amount of interest accrued will be owed.

Services include medical, mental health and substance use disorder counseling, psychiatry, family planning, dietary counseling, Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) screening, and on-site lab services. The Community Health Pharmacy program offers discounted prescriptions to all patients. Also provides consultations and support for eligibility for State and Federal Benefits and low-cost drug manufacturer discount programs.

Provides assessment and treatment for opiate addiction. Services include screening intake, assessment, treatment planning, methadone maintenance and medically supervised withdrawal, counseling services, case management and referral, medical services, discharge planning, and follow-up.

Provides technical assistance to schools and other organizations to help ensure that schools understand and comply with federal and state laws and regulations related to providing special education services. Consultants also work with parents to offer a due process procedure if they have concerns about the services offered to their children.

Offers individuals who accept responsibility and participate in noise abatement sessions a reduction in their fine by $100. Participation in 10 hours of community service at a non-profit will result in an additional reduction of $100. The noise abatement sessions include discussion of noise incidents and their impact on neighbors, information about how to resolve conflict, and a review of all of the City's Quality of Life Ordinances.

Provides representation to individuals in the custody of the Commissioner of Corrections. Individuals in extradition, probation or parole revocation proceedings are also represented.
