Presentations can be tailored to meet specific organization needs.

Services include primary medical care such as physical health examinations, immunizations, acute and chronic health screenings, obstetric care, laboratory testing, and birth control counseling. Conservation efforts include acquisition of development rights transferred through conservation easements for Vermont farms, working forest projects, and community projects. Also offers an online directory of conserved land open to the public for recreational trails.

Provides assistance for applying for and filing claims for all federal benefits, including pensions, healthcare, and burial benefits. Also provides information on obtaining representative payee services.

Administers the Impaired Driver Rehabilitation Program (IDRP), the mandatory program for individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Completion of the program is required to reinstate a suspended drivers license. Program is offered throughout Vermont at 12 regional sites.

Provides consumers with a federally mandated, free credit report annually, as well as fraud and identity theft services, and free credit marketing list removal (OptOut). Also offers a way to dispute information in a credit report.

Provides energy conservation services that improve efficiency, comfort, safety and save money on fuel. Includes a thorough inspection of a home to pinpoint areas where energy loss is the greatest and provides the needed improvements. Works on reducing drafts, installing insulation, repairing heating systems, caulking, and improving indoor air quality.

Provides a listing of Town and City Clerks, Treasurers, and County Clerks, including name, street and mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, and hours. The large majority of Town Clerks are also Town Treasurers, but there is a separate list of Town Treasurers who are not also the Town Clerks.

Provides community food shelf services. Personal care items may be available depending on donations.

Provides a free and anonymous syringe exchange program. Program distributes new syringes and disposes of used syringes, safer use supplies, naloxone, wound care kits, fentanyl test strips, xyalazine test strips, and overdose prevention education.

By paying more, customers may also opt to get "Urgent Care" service that connects callers with a nurse for medical questions or prescription. Fall Detection is also available.

Provides an educational series designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend. Skilled trainers provide lessons on reducing stress, communicating effectively with others, reducing guilt/anger/depression, setting goals, problem-solving and taking care of oneself.

Provides transportation services to non-Medicaid medical appointments, meal sites, senior centers, wellness programs, drug stores, social activities, and other healthy living related activities. Offers volunteer driving opportunities.

Constructs energy efficient, affordable homes in partnership with eligible families. The houses are sold to the partner families at cost, with no profit and no interest. Costs are kept low by using donated materials and volunteer labor.

Tutoring supplements the regular school program and may be provided at community education centers, school facilities, student homes and town public facilities, or an appropriate site selected by the student's parent/guardian.

Offers individual, group, conjoint (couples), and family counseling, therapy groups, medication and other mental health services for community residents, including those who have may be experiencing difficulty resolving personal or interpersonal conflicts or making personal adjustments to stressful life situations.
