Supports the successful re-entry into the community of people released from incarceration through Circles of Support and Accountability (COSAs). COSAs are made up of citizen volunteers who work with participants to help them learn to manage the challenges of everyday life, be accountable for their actions and become responsible community members. Volunteer coordinators may help establish links to employment, housing, transportation, and benefit programs.

Provides parent-child playgroups connecting families with other families and with services in a social setting that includes arts and crafts activities, storytime, free play and a snack.

Provides a community resource center and meeting space for a variety of health and human service programs and direct service provision. Provides ongoing family support to all military personnel and families. Operates as a one-stop service center which provides assistance, information and referral to other agencies and organizations that assist service members and their families in both the military and civilian sectors. Services include emergency assistance, education and training, Tricare and insurance issues, ID cards, family care plans, counselor support, employer support, financial, family advocacy, legal property and household issues, reintegration and adjustment concerns.

Offers support services for youth across community integration. Provides naviagtion services for youth to access mental and physical health care, job readiness skills, counseling, and advocacy.

Provides a broad selection of recreational opportunities and leisure time activities.

Provides casework and answers questions from constituents about federal agencies, Social Security benefits, veterans benefits, passports, and visas. Assists constituents with service academy nominations, federal grant searches, US flags, and visiting the nation's capital.

Provides transportation services to non-Medicaid medical appointments, meal sites, senior centers, wellness programs, drug stores, social activities, and other healthy living related activities. Offers volunteer driving opportunities.

Offers a substance free environment for peer support, educational programs, information and referral to needed services, recovery coaching, socializing, recreational activities, and meeting space for a variety of recovery workshops and meetings. They offer Narcan.

Provides screening, diagnostics, and treatment planning services for people who are experiencing acute or chronic psychiatric problems. Offers individual, group, conjoint (couples), and family counseling, therapy groups, medication and other mental health services for community residents, including those who have may be experiencing difficulty resolving personal or interpersonal conflicts or making personal adjustments to stressful life situations.

Provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient care and 24-hour emergency care. Services include 24-hour physician staffed emergency room services, diagnostic imaging, general medical and surgical services, lab testing, blood supply services, hospital-based outpatient services, disease specific treatment, pain management, adult and children's services.

Supports young parents seeking to complete their education, acquire relevant and desirable employment skills, and enhance life skills and parenting skills. Provides an on-site care and education program for children ages six weeks to three years while parents work on achieving their own goals.

Provides a searchable online directory of all state and federally subsidized rental housing in Vermont.

Provides a 24-hour grief line and an online peer-to-peer support group format to help grieving individuals. Also provides packets for families grieving the loss of an infant as well as sleep safety and safe breastfeeding information for new parents.

Provides crisis and stabilization services to at risk youth and families. Assists youth with supports toward developing well-being, education, employment, permanent connections, and stable living environments as they transition to adulthood. Compass works with youth and their families to make a plan of care that will assist them in accomplishing their goals. Youth meet with a case manager approximately once a week. If a youth's family is available for services, they will have the opportunity to work with Compass' Family Preservation Specialist around normal adolescent development, verbal de-escalation techniques, mediation, and other approaches. Provides crisis management for enrolled clients and families 24 hours a day through a pager. There is a rotating staff member on call at all times.

Provides overnight shelter for youth. Offers case management through the Drop-In Center and resource connections.

Offers a series of health-related workshops and presentations for the community, many of which are offered by health professionals. Information about local wellness programs is provided on line and is also published in flyer form. Topics may include movement and exercise, nutrition, childbirth education, car seat safety, chronic disease self-management, and health/disease specific support group meetings.

Provides primary police services for approximately 200 Vermont towns out of 10 barracks throughout the state. Troopers perform traditional police services of traffic enforcement and the investigation of crimes, and also enforce snowmobile and recreational boating laws.

Also provides packed meals to go. During the winter months, the center offers extended hours to provide a warm space for individuals to congregate until the overnight shelter opens its doors.
