Also provides office space from which social services agencies and state agencies can provide direct services, as well as public meeting spaces, public access to computers, a free Giving Room clothing closet, small food pantry, and a Promise Room which provides space for prevention initiatives. They offer space as a cooling center in the summer and a warming center in the winter. Year round laundry and shower facilities are also available.

Information about local wellness programs is provided on line and is also published in flyer form. Topics include movement and exercise, nutrition, childbirth education, car seat safety, chronic disease self-management, and health/disease specific support group meetings.

Offers a variety of health and wellness activities, including Tai Chi classes, multi-generational activities, as well as informational and educational presentations relevant to senior health and wellness.

Offers reparative panels as a form of community-sponsored probation that brings convicted offenders before a volunteer panel of citizens as part of their sentencing process. Panels work with victims and offenders to identify the harm caused by the crime and how that harm can be repaired while holding the offender responsible and accountable.

Works with households to resolve emergencies involving home heat and electrical disconnection notices using programs and funds available and helps with applications. Electric heat assistance is limited to households with primary heat source of electricity or electricity that is essential to keeping other types of heating systems operational. The Wood Warms Program provides two free cords of wood to eligible households that heat entirely with wood or that supplement their primary heat source by burning wood.

Provides a safe, stable drug and alcohol-free home and supportive services with the goal of helping residents to transition to independent living and reassimilation into communities. The home environment is "family-style" where residents support one another in their recovery and cooperate to manage the household.

Provides Work Incentives Counselors who can help individuals decide whether to work, keep necessary benefits while they work, and avoid work/benefits conflicts. The program is also available to youth in high school who are in transition to adult life. Youth and their families can receive accurate information about the impact of employment on all Federal and State benefits they receive. Provides the Vermont Work/Benefits Helpline.

Prepares individuals to make a successful transition to adult life. Services include career exploration, community connection, independent living, and advocacy.

Provides inventory information that helps individuals and organizations donate and exchange usable assistive technology products such as wheelchairs, walking aids, standing aids, toilet aids, and other daily living aids . Maintains a wish list of items that individuals are looking for and assists with coordination of pick-ups as the items become available.

Provides primary and preventive health care, as well as diagnosis and treatment of illness in children, adolescents and adults. Services include primary medical care such as physical health examinations, acute and chronic health screenings, obstetric care, laboratory testing, and birth control counseling. Provides onsite coordinated primary care, mental health services, and substance abuse services to enhance access to appropriate prevention, treatment, recovery and wellness services and activities. Offers coordination of transportation to medical appointments and wellness programs for patients. Programs for health maintenance and public health awareness services are also offered.

Provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient care and 24-hour emergency care. Services include 24-hour physician staffed emergency room services, diagnostic imaging, general medical and surgical services, lab testing, blood supply services, hospital-based outpatient services, disease specific treatment, pain management, adult and children's services.

Provides monthly cash assistance to low-income households in which a person's care or services are essential to an elderly or disabled person's remaining in his or her home. Benefit can be directly deposited into a bank account, or put onto an EBT card.

Provides on demand service without program guidelines. Passengers can request trips to anywhere in the designated service area for any reason, including shopping, medical, lunch, beauty shop, or to visit a friend. Offers RCT Rides, a mobile app for scheduling rides.
