Reach Ahead helps families transition from Vermont's Reach Up or Post-Secondary Education (PSE) programs to working, with supports to help maintain a job, including cash incentives for working and help paying for car repairs, work clothes, and work supplies, a 100% childcare subsidy, and a cash benefit for food.

Allows for an individual or organization that receives Social Security and/or SSI payments and who cannot manage their own money to name a representative to assist with direct management of their benefits. The Social Security Administration assists individuals in finding a representative payee, as well as manages the application process for individuals and organization looking to become representative payees.

Services include primary medical care such as physical health examinations, immunizations, acute and chronic health screenings, laboratory testing, and birth control counseling. Programs for health maintenance and public health awareness services are also offered.
