Included are programs that prepare people for careers in areas as diverse as business, cosmetology, computer science, allied health occupations, auto mechanics, building trades, and manufacturing. Centers also offer classes to the public that augment self sufficiency in areas such as home gardening, food preservation, cooking, computer use, chainsaw safety, and more.

Provides primary health care, as well as prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of illness. Services include primary medical care such as physical health examinations, immunizations, acute and chronic health screenings, obstetric care, laboratory testing, and birth control counseling. Provides onsite integrated health services to enhance access to appropriate prevention, treatment, recovery and wellness services and activities. Pediatric primary care is staffed by specialists who are concerned with the physical, emotional and social health of infants, children and adolescents from birth to young adulthood.

Clinical trials are research studies designed to seek new cures and more effective treatments for diseases. Provides a free and anonymous syringe exchange program. Program distributes new syringes and disposes of used syringes, safer use supplies, naloxone, wound care kits, fentanyl test strips, xyalazine test strips, and overdose prevention education.

Helps Vermonters with moderate to severe traumatic brain injuries find a community-based living situation among family and friends. The program provides rehabilitation and support to individuals to help them maximize their independence and ultimately return to work. Services include rehabilitation, 24-hour care and supervision, crisis support, intensive counseling, medication review and instruction, employment supports to assist a person in finding and keeping a job, and other individualized supports and services.

Administers the Meals on Wheels program. Registers and enrolls eligible individuals for meals and coordinates delivery schedules with volunteers. Meals are fully cooked and delivered refrigerated for reheating. Special diets are accommodated.
