In addition, 3SquaresVT benefits may be used for seeds and plants that grow fruit and vegetables at any retailer or farmer's market that accepts EBT cards.

Offers home internet service and personal computer purchase at reduced rates to qualifying families with children in school.

Provides a voluntary program for youth who have received a civil violation for underage drinking or possession of alcohol or a civil violation for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. The program consists of a substance abuse assessment, screening, an education program, and community service. Once YSASP clients successfully complete the program, their civil violation is voided.
