Offers a lending library service, classes, women's support groups,and an on-site boutique. Provides disposable diapers in support of women with babies for whom disposable diaper purchases are a strain on the monthly budget and assists with accessing infant formula. Also provides menstruation supplies.

Full-time AmeriCorps members also receive a modest living allowance, health care benefits, and child care.

Issues medical marijuana licenses to protect patients from state criminal penalties for using marijuana to relieve the symptoms or effects of a debilitating medical condition. Also maintains a list of medical dispensaries, as well as a way to submit a complaint about adult-use cannabis establishments.

Provides professional assistance with the assessment and development of plans for the care of individuals who, because of age, illness, disability or other difficulties, need assistance in planning and arranging for in-home care services. Chelsea's community Registered Nurse will coordinate the delivery of needed services, provide assistance/education around following medical advice and proper medication taking, assess in-home mobility safety to reduce the risk of falls, assist families with understanding the issues and needs of the family member requiring in-home care services, and provide ongoing follow-up visits to ensure the best possible health outcomes. All services provided are confidential and specific to each individual's needs.

Offers free information and non-legal advice about the rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords in Vermont. Provides educational workshops and classes about Vermont's residential rental housing laws and codes, and enforcement policies. Class may include such topics as "Tenant Skills" and "Finding Housing." Also publishes the "Finding Common Ground: The Definitive Guide to Renting in Vermont," which summarizes Vermont's Landlord-Tenant laws. Other publications available include "An Illustrated Guide To Vermont Renter's Rights" and Vermont's Rental Housing Health Code.
