Provides a voluntary program for youth who have received a civil violation for underage drinking or possession of alcohol, or a civil violation for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, or for possession of 224mg or less of buprenorphine. The program consists of a substance abuse assessment, screening, an education program, and community service. Once YSASP clients successfully complete the program, their civil violation is voided.

Owns and manages affordable, income-based housing units.

Provides primary and preventive health care, as well as diagnosis and treatment of illness in children, adolescents and adults. Services include primary medical care such as physical health examinations, acute and chronic health screenings, obstetric care, laboratory testing, and birth control counseling. Provides onsite coordinated primary care, mental health services, and substance abuse services to enhance access to appropriate prevention, treatment, recovery and wellness services and activities. Offers coordination of transportation to medical appointments and wellness programs for patients. Programs for health maintenance and public health awareness services are also offered.

Provides non-urgent health care. Includes exams, nutrition counseling, and mental health counseling. Women's health care services provided through partner providers in nearby locations. Also included are acute illness care, chronic care management, vaccines and tobacco cessation. Dental services include cleanings and evaluations. Offers referrals for extractions and fillings. Provides pro bono assistance and representation in a wide variety if immigration issues. Also works with clients facing criminal charges in order to mitigate the immigration consequences of a conviction and informs clients of their right and responsibilities under law.

Prevents utility shutoffs and restores heat and electricity, Stabilizes housing by providing emergency rental and back rent assistance, Supports flood recovery and disaster response, Helps unhoused families and individuals move into permanent housing. Also offers Community Resource and Food navigation and Application support.

Provides awareness training to employers about working with individuals who have disabilities. The program covers what constitutes a disability, how people with disabilities might be accommodated in the workplace, and how the natural supports of company procedures and co-workers can make everyone comfortable with a diverse employee group. Also assists individuals with disabilities find and maintain meaningful employment. Helps with job related skills and training. Works with their employer to find solutions to barriers that might prevent them from returning or becoming employed.

Represents Vermonters in involuntary mental health treatment cases and/or involuntary medication proceedings, both in hospitals and in outpatient settings, to ensure their rights and liberty are protected.

Provides a transitional housing program to individuals leaving incarceration and transitioning to the community.

Provides outreach to victims of crime with community-based emotional support and resource navigation. Offers outreach to victims of low-level crimes for a restorative response. Concerns and needs are represented and advocated for throughout the processes. All cases are screened for additional safety concerns, including sexual, stalking & domestic violence dynamics.

Provides educational and supportive services that help parents or those expecting a child to acquire the knowledge and skills to be effective in their parenting roles.

Supports the successful re-entry into the community of people released from incarceration through Circles of Support and Accountability (COSAs). COSAs are made up of citizen volunteers who work with participants to help them learn to manage the challenges of everyday life, be accountable for their actions and become responsible community members. Volunteer coordinators may help establish links to employment, housing, transportation, and benefit programs.

Provides rehabilitative therapies including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology to help individuals recovering from surgery, stroke, or illness. Also provides pediatric rehabilitative therapies.

Offers an after-school program that provides opportunities for educational tutoring, self expression through the arts, outdoor adventures, and life skills activities for middle and high school youth.
