Individuals are assigned professional service coordinators who are responsible for clients' Individualized Support Agreements, and for assisting them in achieving success in the community. Services include personal support and case management; specialized residential programs; psychiatric and medical care; vocational and skill acquisition training; family support services; and support services to individuals in nursing homes. Provides a spectrum of supported living arrangements to meet the needs of each person. Clinical services for individuals include provision of a psychiatrist to provide evaluation, medication checks, and after-hours consultation on medication issues. Also provides care coordination services. Also includes a text line for individuals who prefer not to call.

Provides telephone crisis intervention services for individuals whose emotional distress may range in severity from difficulty in coping with daily stress to the crisis of a psychotic episode.

Coaches help develop a quit plan, identify triggers for use, practice refusal skills, and provide ongoing support for changing behaviors. Also provides online resources for parents, guardians, educators, health care professionals, and community organizations, as well as free promotional materials.

Provides hands-on learning opportunities to teach skills that promote success in life. Young people can join a 4-H club, Cloverbud, special interest, or school enrichment group. Activities include project learning, community service, and recreational activities.

Offers free prepaid postage envelopes for mailing in unused dry prescription drugs. Enhanced Mobile Crisis Services provide rapid mobile response for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder crisis. A trained 2-person team can meet the individual at home, workplace, or another community setting, providing support and comfort including safety plans, peer support, care coordination and follow up and, if needed, temporary overnight accommodation. Offers a youth crisis hotline, with an option of home visits. Batelle House provides crisis stabilization services for adults when screened through the Emergency Services programs. Also provides PUCK (Psychiatric Urgent Care for Kids), providing a safe alternative to the Emergency Department for youth experiencing a mental health crisis.

Provides a safe, welcoming place for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis who don't require emergency department care. Offers immediate help in the form of mental health support, peer counseling, assistance with medications, as well as access to nursing for minor medical issues, and referrals to other community services.

Offers ongoing support groups. Groups provide emotional support, information, and resources to help participants process and heal from their experiences.
