The Community Health Pharmacy program offers discounted prescriptions to all patients. Also provides consultations and support for eligibility for State and Federal Benefits and low-cost drug manufacturer discount programs.

Provides preventive health care, as well as diagnosis and treatment of illness in children, adolescents and adults. Services include primary medical care such as physical health examinations, acute and chronic health screenings, obstetric care, laboratory testing, and birth control counseling. Provides onsite coordinated primary care, mental health services, and substance abuse services to enhance access to appropriate prevention, treatment, recovery and wellness services and activities.
