Reach Ahead helps families transition from Vermont's Reach Up or Post-Secondary Education (PSE) programs to working, with supports to help maintain a job, including cash incentives for working and help paying for car repairs, work clothes, and work supplies, a 100% childcare subsidy, and a cash benefit for food.

Offers the services of Certified Recovery Coaches/Peer support specialist, who work both one-on-one with people on all paths to recovery to help them plan and make positive improvement in their lives, as well as with their families. Recovery Coaches also help guide people in recovery to finding resources such as detox and treatment, housing, food, heat, clothing, and transportation, and resources for improving relationships and getting connected with others in recovery with whom they can relate.

Provides wellness information to community members that may include the following: activity and exercise, stress reduction, disease-related support groups, chronic disease self-management, fall prevention, CPR and first aid instruction. Provides Healthier Living Workshops for individuals living with chronic diseases and long term health issues to improve their health and well-being through participation in group exercise activities and health education classes.

Provides new and/or used household goods. Thrift shop proceeds fund the work of Women of Wisdom.

Works to resolve taxpayers' concerns with the Department of Taxes, offers free guidance for individuals, and provides education so taxpayers know and understand their rights.

Offers confidential HIV and Hepatitis C testing. Provides HIV and Hep C testing via finger stick sample with quick, on-site results.

Provides representation to juveniles in delinquency proceedings, and to parties in juvenile proceedings including children in need of care and supervision (CHINS) and termination of parental rights cases.
