Also provides up-to-date information about COVID-19, Flu, and RSV vaccinations in Vermont, including eligibility information for adults and children, as well as an interactive map where individuals can locate a vaccine site near them, and a link on how to request a new or lost immunization record.

Provides post-permanency services including in-home adjusted parent education, consultation to treatment teams and advocacy, referrals to community resources, general adoption information, and kinship placements support.

Offers home health care products and services for adults and children, including power and manual wheelchairs, scooters, walking and mobility aids, sleep therapy products, off-the-shelf orthotics, incontinence supplies, ramps and stairlifts, and compression garments.

Receives and addresses consumer complaints regarding national banks and federal savings associations for individuals who have been unable to resolve an issue with the bank directly.

Administers the registration and title of all motor vehicles. Issues Vermont license plates. Provides driver training information and issues ID (Non-driver) cards and Learner Permits. Provides school bus driver training information and administers scheduling for driver's license exams. Provides community food shelf services. Personal care items may be available depending on donations. Food shelf accepts donations of non-perishable items.

Provides comprehensive services to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other pervasive developmental disorders. Individuals are assigned professional service coordinators who are responsible for clients' Individualized Support Agreements, and for assisting them in achieving success in the community. Services include personal support and case management, specialized residential programs, psychiatric and medical care, vocational and skill acquisition training, family support services, and support services to individuals in nursing homes. Provides a spectrum of supported living arrangements to meet the needs of each person. Clinical services for individuals include provision of a psychiatrist to provide evaluation, medication checks, and after-hours consultation on medication issues. Also provides care coordination services.

Offers a 12 Step recovery program for individuals who wish to stop the compulsive behavior of drinking. Also provides information about dates, times, and locations of meetings.

Offers modest emergency financial assistance.

Maintains a limited supply of small durable medical equipment to be loaned out as needed. Equipment includes bed assist bars and other supports; mobility assistance: canes, quad canes, and crutches, knee scooters, walkers, wheelchairs, and transport chairs; showering and toileting equipment; and tools for daily living assistance.

Provides courses in adult CPR, infant and child CPR; first aid basics; and CPR re-certification. Also provides classes in basic child care, water safety, and lifeguard certification.

Provides mediation services through which disputes are resolved with the help of a mediator in an effort to avoid resorting to court intervention. Situations that may benefit from mediation are disputes with neighbors, such as noise, vandalism, animal complaints, and parking issues; landlord tenant disputes; school discipline and truancy matters; and problems related to business or workplace conflicts.

Pays a portion of home heating bills for households meeting income eligibility requirements. Seasonal Fuel Assistance is not designed to cover all of the costs of heating a home or apartment. Active Seasonal Fuel households are eligible for free weatherization services.

Provides information and education about depression and suicide to the public. Promotes professional education for the recognition and treatment of depressed and suicidal individuals and supports programs for suicide survivor treatment, research and education.

Provides transportation for older adults aged 60 or older and people with ADA disabilities for whom regular bus service does not work. Offers rides to medical appointments, senior meal sites, shopping, social activities, errands, and essential services. Offers volunteer driving opportunities.

Provides monthly take-away fresh produce and healthy groceries, as well as information/recipes for meal preparation using the fresh produce being given away at each distribution.

Sells household items, appliances, electronics, and building materials. Provides relief for low-income or disadvantaged individuals to receive assistance with obtaining essential household items through the use of vouchers. Local services agencies participate in distributing vouchers to individuals in need.

Provides individualized, non-traditional, flexible, short-term assistance to help individuals stay in housing, and also links clients with a case manager or contact who can provide support throughout the time of assistance.

Provides information about foster care and coordinates support and resources for foster parents of children in State of Vermont custody.

Offers employment, training, and support services to migrant workers, seasonal agricultural workers, and farm workers to assist them in obtaining permanent, full-time employment, either in agriculture or in some other line of work. Services provided to enrolled individuals may include emergency housing and limited rent assistance.
