Separate courses are geared to different audiences: Mental Health First Aid is for adults, such as first responders, faith leaders, and caring adults; Youth Mental Health First Aid is for adults working with youth; and Teen Mental Health First Aid for high school students and youth-serving organizations.

Hosts two different types of legal clinics. Family Law Clinics connect volunteer lawyers with pre-screened clients for limited counsel and advice on family law related matters. Rent Escrow Clinics offer limited representation to clients facing eviction.

The consultation includes a discussion of the factors to consider when making long term care decisions, information about the range of long term care support options available in their community (such as personal care, transportation, and medication management) and resources that can help them pay for services.Maintains a regional listing of in-home assistance providers available to assist seniors with continuing to live independently at home.

Provides Work Incentives Counselors who can help individuals decide whether to work, keep necessary benefits while they work, and avoid work/benefits conflicts. The program is also available to youth in high school who are in transition to adult life. Youth and their families can receive accurate information about the impact of employment on all Federal and State benefits they receive. Provides the Vermont Work/Benefits Helpline.
