Provides a full range of supportive services for individuals with a limited life expectancy and their families. Also provides comprehensive palliative and support care to individuals in need of pain and other symptom management, whether or not they have a life limiting illness.

Provides advocates trained in special education law and state regulations in both New Hampshire and Vermont regarding IEPs (Individual Education Program) as well as 504 Plans (a section of the 504 Rehabilitation Act of 1973). Advocates facilitate a positive and productive collaboration between all members of the child’s special education or 504 team that includes parents and all the school staff.

Offers gently-worn secondhand clothing, linens, housewares, furniture, antiques, collectables, and jewelry. TheThrift Shop accepts direct donations from the public.

Provides screening, diagnostics, and treatment planning services for people who are experiencing acute or chronic psychiatric problems. Offers individual, group, conjoint (couples), and family counseling, therapy groups, medication and other mental health services for community residents, including those who have may be experiencing difficulty resolving personal or interpersonal conflicts or making personal adjustments to stressful life situations.

Provides health care services at all community outpatient clinics. Homebound Veterans are served by Home Based Primary Care (HBPC).
