Assistance is dependent upon adequate funding. Provides payment directly to service providers. May also provide gas and food vouchers.

Panels work with victims and offenders to identify the harm caused by the crime and how that harm can be repaired while holding the offender responsible and accountable.

Provides primary and preventive health care, as well as diagnosis and treatment of illness in children, adolescents and adults. Services include primary medical care such as physical health examinations, acute and chronic health screenings, obstetric care, laboratory testing, and birth control counseling. Provides onsite coordinated primary care, mental health services, and substance abuse services to enhance access to appropriate prevention, treatment, recovery and wellness services and activities. Offers coordination of transportation to medical appointments and wellness programs for patients. Programs for health maintenance and public health awareness services are also offered.

Youth Center activities include homework help, job assistance, mentoring, community service hours, video games, ping-pong, and field trips.

Provides public awareness and education about cybercrime and online fraud such as identity theft, financial/purchase scams, imposter scams, hacked accounts/devices and cyberbullying. Provides information on how to protect against cybercrime incidents. Also provides public alerts on scams affecting specific populations, including older adults, children, teens, military personnel, and small businesses.

Provides money management counseling services that include credit counseling, debt counseling, personalized budgeting, student loan counseling, bankruptcy counseling, and financial literacy training.

Offers Vermont high school students the opportunity to enroll full time at any of CCV’s 12 locations during the fall and spring of their senior year for a combined total of 8-10 classes (24+ credits). Credits apply to both high school completion and college. Classes may be online or in-person.

Partners with senior meal sites and senior centers to provide hot, nutritious, noontime meals. Home-delivered meals are often available for those who are unable to reach a meal site because of illness or frailty.

Hosts a weekly community lunch. When offered inside, provides entertainment during most meals.

Supports local law enforcement with investigation of suspected animal neglect or cruelty. The program also provides care and rehabilitation of animal victims where appropriate.

Provides low-cost preventive veterinary care services to pets for owners in need. Offers low-cost spay/neuter clinics and a separate low-cost wellness clinic, which also may provide vaccines, flea/tick treatment, de-wormer, microchips, and other services.
