Provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient care and 24-hour emergency care. Services include 24-hour physician staffed emergency room services, diagnostic imaging, general medical and surgical services, lab testing, blood supply services, hospital-based outpatient services, disease specific treatment, pain management, adult and children's services.
Provides a full range of primary and preventive health care with an expertise in the special health care needs of transitioning people. Offers primary care for transgender patients, including referrals and preparation for gender confirming surgeries; Hormone therapy, including initiation and maintenance; Routine gynecological care; and Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) screening. Also provides behavioral health services. The Community Health Pharmacy program offers discounted prescriptions to all patients. Also provides consultations and support for eligibility for State and Federal Benefits and low-cost drug manufacturer discount programs. Appointments are available at Pearl Street Youth Health Center or Riverside Health Center.

Provides health care services at all community outpatient clinics. Homebound Veterans are served by Home Based Primary Care (HBPC). Additional services can include basic nursing services, telemedicine, patient advocacy, hospice care, and physical, occupational, or speech therapies through a Skilled Home Care service. Most of the cost of services to veterans enrolling in the plan will be paid by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Veterans enrolled to receive services through community outpatient clinics will still be eligible for specialty outpatient care, inpatient care and all other entitlements through the White River Junction VA Medical Center. Services also include healthcare for homeless veterans.
