Most of the cost of services to veterans enrolling in the plan will be paid by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Veterans enrolled to receive services through community outpatient clinics will still be eligible for specialty outpatient care, inpatient care and all other entitlements through the White River Junction VA Medical Center. Services also include healthcare for homeless veterans.

Services include 24-hour physician staffed emergency room services, diagnostic imaging, general medical and surgical services, lab testing, blood supply services, hospital-based outpatient services, disease specific treatment, pain management, adult and children's services. Provides support services for patients and their families during hospitalization and upon discharge, for people receiving outpatient services, for previous patients and for other people not previously associated with the facility who need the service.
