Enhanced residential care services include nursing overview, personal care, medication management, social and recreational activities, 24-hour on-site supervision, laundry services, household services, transportation, meals, and case management.

Services include personal support and case management; specialized residential programs; psychiatric and medical care; vocational and skill acquisition training; family support services; and support services to individuals in nursing homes. Provides a spectrum of supported living arrangements to meet the needs of each person. Clinical services for individuals include provision of a psychiatrist to provide evaluation, medication checks, and after-hours consultation on medication issues. Also provides care coordination services.

Also provides tenant rights information and landlord/tenant mediation as part of individualized case management.

Provides primary police services for approximately 200 Vermont towns out of 10 barracks throughout the state. Troopers perform traditional police services of traffic enforcement and the investigation of crimes, and also enforce snowmobile and recreational boating laws.

Provides Work Incentives Counselors who can help individuals decide whether to work, keep necessary benefits while they work, and avoid work/benefits conflicts. The program is also available to youth in high school who are in transition to adult life. Youth and their families can receive accurate information about the impact of employment on all Federal and State benefits they receive. Provides the Vermont Work/Benefits Helpline.
