Enhanced residential care services include nursing overview, personal care, medication management, social and recreational activities, 24-hour on-site supervision, laundry services, household services, transportation, meals, and case management.

Owns and manages manufactured home parks in Franklin and Grands Isle Counties. Lots are rented at an affordable rate to mobile home owners.
