Brings together family members and staff from the area's child and family service agencies to gain a better understanding of the family's needs, to identify a case manager, and to reduce barriers in order to increase access to services and supports.

Provides education and support, including support of individual developmental goals, and transition planning for services after early intervention. Coaches families and early care and education providers around individual child supports.

Offers adult education and literacy instruction that provide individuals with the opportunity to acquire the education and literacy skills they need either to complete a secondary education or to better achieve post-secondary/career goals. Instruction is provided at six learning centers, as well as at job sites, libraries, homes, and other locations. Services include Functional Literacy Education (Reading, Writing, Math), Computer Literacy, Financial Literacy, English Language Learning and Citizenship Preparation, High School Completion Program, General Education Development (GED) Credentialing, Career and College Readiness, and other certifications.

Trained Community Resource Specialists offer personalized assistance by telephone, text, or email, help solve problems, and provide information and referrals to callers about government programs, community-based organizations, support groups, and other community resources.

Provides one-on-one confidential advice for both existing and start-up businesses. The main areas of assistance include, but are not limited to, business start-ups, business plan development, acquisition, marketing, expansion, capital formation, finance, and environmental assistance.

Provides transportation services for people with disabilities who are unable to use standard bus service. Service is provided within three-quarters of a mile of the fixed routes.

Provides direct mental health and substance use disorder services via private, non-profit service providers, called Designated Agencies (DAs), located in each region. Every DA offers two adult mental health programs: Adult Outpatient Services serves adults who do not have a severe mental health condition, but who are experiencing mental health problems that disrupt their everyday lives; and Emergency Services serves people who need help immediately.

Training and pre-job assistance services include ICAN, which pairs qualified individuals with an employment coordinator to assist them with resources, support services, job readiness skills, case management, and job placement.

Provides safe places to leave a baby anonymously and legally. A parent or his or her designee can bring a baby up to 30 days old to any Safe Haven in Vermont without fear of being arrested or charged as long as the baby has not been abused or neglected. To be covered by the Baby Safe Haven Law, the baby must be handed IN PERSON to a volunteer or employee of a Safe Haven. THE BABY CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE. A Safe Haven is any fire or police station, health care facility, place of worship, adoption agency licensed in Vermont, or a place that an emergency responder contacted through 9-1-1 agrees to meet the parent or person acting on the parent's behalf.

Provides a space and meetings for multi-racial youth interested in social justice, healing, art, and youth leadership. Hosts seasonal events.
