Provides information and assistance to help consumers self-advocate about utility issues, and provides a form for consumers to file complaints against regulated utility companies and billing or service related to unregulated broadband and wireless companies. Services may include information and education about how to address and resolve problems. Will also investigate, track, and attempt to resolve complaints by consumers against unregulated services such as broadband, wireless, cable modem, and Voice-Over Internet Protocol (VOIP).

Provides services for opiate addiction including screening, intake, assessment, treatment planning, methadone maintenance, medically supervised withdrawal, counseling services, case management and referral, medical services, discharge planning and follow-up.

Provides comprehensive medical care to individuals of all ages including physical exams, immunizations, and routine screenings, treatment of short-term injuries or illnesses, treatment of chronic illnesses, care for women during pregnancy and childbirth, family planning services, nutritional counseling, physical therapy, and other special programs. Information about local wellness programs is provided on line and is also published in flyer form. Topics may include movement and exercise, nutrition, chronic disease self-management, and health/disease specific support group meetings.

Provides down payment zero interest loans towards the purchase of a single-family home. If the buyer owns and lives in the home for three or more years, the loan does not have to be repaid.
