Offers innovative and often very intensive assistance to youth transitioning to adulthood with accessing and succeeding in employment, education, housing, positive relationships, community connections, and living independently. The JOBS program focuses on youth who have either left or are seriously at-risk-of leaving school prior to successful graduation and are at high risk for involvement with the criminal justice system, substance use, homelessness, physical abuse, abusive behaviors, or other areas of significant concern.
Provides advocates who are deaf in support of the domestic violence hotline services for individuals who are deaf, deaf/blind, or hard of hearing by videophone, instant message, live chat, or email. Services include crisis intervention, safety planning, and information and referrals to local agencies.

CIS Coordinators assist families in accessing services appropriate to their needs. Child care financial assistance may be available.
Provides access to a set of service options that help older adults in their communities remain safely and independently in their homes as they age. Also provides a registered nurse for home health services. Services may include assessments, consultation, case management, foot care, uncomplicated wound care, and blood pressure screenings. Services available to participants may include transportation, companionship, social activities, opportunities for community involvement, and help with home chores.

Program participants are required to provide a 20% match of grant funds and rent units at or below HUD Fair Market Rent prices. Program can also assist with the creation of new units, including accessory dwelling units.

Mediation is offered to support clients with communication with landlords, mitigating issues and concerns which arise to ensure secure housing for the youth and young adults.
