Provides shelter for individuals year round. Individuals are provided with a cot, linens, and essential items. Continental breakfast, lunch, and evening meals are provided every day for individuals. Clothing, winter wear, transportation support, and referrals to professional services are also provided. Individuals are required to work with an assigned housing case manager.

Services may also include menopausal and post-menopausal management services and urogynecology services.

Offers a recovery program for individuals with substance use issues. The program offers the opportunity to form close relationships with peers and recovery coaches that can support them in developing a healthy lifestyle that is rewarding and free from substance use.

Makes available Call Center Specialists who take reports of missing children. The NCMEC case management team next works directly with the family and local law enforcement agency. They offer technical assistance tailored to the case to help ensure all available search and recovery methods are used. As appropriate, NCMEC case management teams create and distribute posters, review leads received on 1-800-THE-LOST, communicate with federal authorities, provide peer support, resources, and empowerment from trained volunteers who have experienced a missing child incident in their own family, and provide families with access to referrals they may use to help process any emotional or counseling needs.

Conducts confidential ongoing outreach to current and former military members and their families, to identify potential needs and provide access to available services, including advanced outpatient mental health clinical services such as counseling and traumatic brain injury assessment. Also provides dental referral for veterans. Members of the outreach team can meet with veterans and families at home, at work, or any place in the community.

Provides online support group options via Zoom led by trained volunteers who have recovered from their own eating disorder, or volunteer professionals in the eating disorder field.

Offers innovative and often very intensive assistance to youth transitioning to adulthood with accessing and succeeding in employment, education, housing, positive relationships, community connections, and living independently. The JOBS program focuses on youth who have either left or are seriously at-risk-of leaving school prior to successful graduation and are at high risk for involvement with the criminal justice system, substance use, homelessness, physical abuse, abusive behaviors, or other areas of significant concern.

Provides intensive inpatient and outpatient medical services to treat specific traumatic injuries generally incurred in or around combat. Amputee rehabilitation, brain trauma, case care management, and physical therapy are all included in the medical services.

Provides support for planning, launching, and sustaining small businesses in Vermont.
