Administers a victims of crime compensation program for individuals whose car windows and/or tires have been damaged by crime.

Provides volunteer opportunities for individuals to serve one-on-one with frail elderly and other homebound persons who have difficulty completing everyday tasks. They might assist with grocery shopping, bill paying, and transportation to medical appointments, and alert doctors and family members to potential problems. Senior Companions also provide short periods of relief to primary caregivers.

Assists youth who are experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis. As a community alternative to psychiatric hospitalization, provides crisis stabilization, comprehensive clinical assessment, individual and family treatment, and discharge planning in a residential, staff secure facility.

Provides hands-on learning opportunities to teach skills that promote success in life. Young people can join a 4-H club, Cloverbud, special interest, or school enrichment group. Activities include project learning, community service, and recreational activities.

Provides coordinated long-term care in an individual's home. Services include assistance with the activities of daily living and in some cases homemaking. Also provides Medicaid Waiver, community-based one-to-one long term care services to individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
