Works to reduce the stigma associated with mental health problems through education, training, and outreach efforts. Also provides free webinars for Wellness Ambassadors for promoting and advocating for mental health awareness in communities.

Provides post-permanency services including in-home adjusted parent education, consultation to treatment teams and advocacy, referrals to community resources, general adoption information, and kinship placements support.

Activation of the emergency response system can provide an immediate professional response to emergency situations such as falling.

Alerts include information about disasters, weather advisories, fire advisories, traffic bulletins, road closures bulletins, Amber Alerts, product safety alerts, hazardous materials advisories, and public health notifications. Individuals are able to choose receipt of alerts for the entire state or for specific areas within Vermont that they wish to be contacted about, such as their home locations, their relatives' home locations and their places of employment.

Offers a variety of exercise and aquatic program opportunities. Programs include entry-level exercise classes, group exercise classes, youth fitness classes and prescription exercise programs for participants referred by a physician, as well as water aerobics, family swim hours, swimming lessons, rock climbing clinics and more.

Provides a peer-hosted, mental health crisis respite housing program as an alternative to psychiatric hospitalization. Offers non-clinical treatment and programs in a safe, mutually supportive and empowering environment, with primary emphasis on self-directed healing. Program is voluntary.

Offers educational presentations about HIV and Hepatitis C prevention, testing and care, along with HIV/AIDS information materials.
