Offers ongoing support groups. Groups provide emotional support, information, and resources to help participants process and heal from their experiences.

Provides a full service, low-cost, family health and wellness facility with a gym where individuals can participate in organized fitness classes led by trained instructors and/or make use of a free weights area, Nautilus equipment, cardio equipment, an indoor tennis court and racquetball courts, as well as a lounge area with pool tables and pingpong for unstructured play and socializing.

Provides a spectrum of supported living arrangements to meet the needs of each person. Helps youth with disabilities plan and prepare for life after high school. HireAbility Vermont vocational counselors work with both students and school personnel. Services include career counseling, assessment, job search skills, work experiences, exploration of post-secondary education and training programs, workplace readiness, instruction in self-advocacy, and guidance and information on IEP and transition planning, 504 accommodations, benefits planning, and other needed services.

Provides a crisis intervention program that offers face-to-face recovery coaching to individuals admitted to Northwestern Medical Center Emergency Department.

Offers adult education and literacy instruction that provide learners with the opportunity to acquire the education and literacy skills they need either to complete a secondary education or to better achieve post-secondary/career goals. Instruction is provided at six learning centers, as well as at job sites, libraries, homes, and other locations. Services include the following: Functional Literacy Education (Reading, Writing, Math), Computer Literacy, Financial Literacy, English Language Learning and Citizenship Preparation, High School Completion Program, General Education Development (GED) Credentialing, and Career and College Readiness.

Publishes and distributes a quarterly parenting magazine that provides a reliable resource for parenting information, as well as a calendar of family-friendly events, activities and classes. Also features a parenting advice column, a list of children's camps and vacation activities, healthy child-friendly recipes, and feature articles submitted by Vermont parents on parenting issues. Also lists upcoming events on the magazine's website between print issues.

Also administers 50/50 grants of up to $20,000 that are available for the restoration and repair of historic agricultural structures, including barns, and Certified Local Government (CLG) Grants of up to $10,000 toward local preservation projects. Also offers tax credits for historic commercial buildings and maintains an online list of other potential funding sources for historic preservation projects.
