DULCE is a program in which a Family Specialist is placed at Lamoille Health Pediatrics to proactively address social determinants of health to promote healthy development of infants from birth to six months of age and provide support to their parents. A Vermont Legal Aid lawyer advises families on their legal rights to meet their basic needs.

Offers an opportunity to connect with other caregivers while babies play peacefully, at their own pace, with less stimulation. Siblings are welcome.

Operates a resource contact center that connects children and their families to services they need. Child Development Specialists provide education and support around developmental or behavioral concerns, help recognize typical developmental milestones, offer confidential developmental screening, provide referrals to community-based supports, empower families to overcome barriers to services, and follow up with families as appropriate.

This virtual group is open to anyone with a newborn (aged birth to four months) that struggled to grow their family, on any path to parenthood. This group will provide targeted support, as well as connection to resources around infant care/development (feeding, sleep, etc.) and parental well-being.
