Provides Christmas gifts to children and Christmas food baskets to residents in need. Accepts donations of money for provision of food basket items and new toys. Donation checks should be made payable to the Northeast Kingdom Santa Fund and mailed or given to Passumpsic Savings Bank. Checks and toys may also be dropped off at the Saint Johnsbury Fire Station. Toy guns, war toys, bicycles, and fitted clothing are NOT accepted.

Toy, hat, and mitten donations can be dropped off in the red "Toys for Kids" barrels throughout Franklin and Grand Isle counties. Monetary donations may sent to United Way of Northwest Vermont, 412 Farrell Street, Suite 200, South Burlington 05403. Checks should be made out to UW of NWVT with "Operation Happiness" in the memo line of the check. Volunteers should call United Way of Northwest Vermont.
