People can check out loans online, and have the item mailed to them. The program also offers public awareness via informational displays and equipment demonstrations at outreach events, and technical assistance regarding AT to agencies and programs.

Provides a way for individuals who have assistive technology and durable medical equipment items they no longer need to donate or sell them. Individuals who need items such as communication devices, wheelchairs, ramps, mobility devices, and vans can register with the exchange and view items as well as contact information for the owner of those items. This is an independent exchange between registered users. All equipment is held and transferred by owner and recipient; equipment is not held by the exchange itself.

Provides information and referrals for community, regional, and state services.
