Provides information and referrals for community, regional, and state services. The program also offers transportation to medical appointments, friendly visiting, medical equipment loans, assistance with minor home repairs and household chores, community programs on wellness issues and other topics, and an emergency fuel fund. All services are performed by volunteers.
