Provides in-home visitation by a registered nurse to women during pregnancy and following delivery for a mutually agreed upon period of time. Services provided to the family during this time are decided upon in partnership with the family and are particular to each family's needs and desires. Services may include healthy pregnancy information, prenatal nutrition counseling, early childhood development information, parenting education, home safety information, as well as referrals to healthcare, childcare, continuing education, job training, and other community support services.

Assists families in stabilizing finances during temporary emergencies, when all other resources have been exhausted or the family has been found ineligible for services. Funding is limited to $200 per family. Funds are paid directly to the vendor/business, not to the individual. Expenses may be prepaid with prior approval and then reimbursed through this fund.

Provides nurses and/or other trained professionals who visit the homes of women during pregnancy and after childbirth to help them improve their personal health and development during the prenatal period and learn to care for their infant. Reviews and coordinates interventions and treatment for families with complex issues as referred by community agencies due to evidence of child sexual abuse, physical abuse, or child neglect. Brings together family members and staff from the area's child and family service agencies to gain a better understanding of the family's needs, to identify a case manager, and to reduce barriers in order to increase access to services and supports.

Offers a 12 Step recovery program for individuals affected by someone’s else’s gambling. Also provides information about dates, times, and locations of meetings.

Provides financial assistance on a case-by-case basis for utility disconnects, personal care items, food vouchers, laundry vouchers, clothing vouchers, bus passes, and photo ID payment assistance. Provides personal hygiene items and diapers when available. Also provides information about other services in the community. Does not provide assistance for gas vouchers, car repairs, internet/cable bills, or phone bills.

Provides individualized, comprehensive, outpatient treatment services that address both the substance use of the individual and the needs of those affected by the individual's substance use. Groups are gender and trauma specific and are designed to build relapse prevention skills and harm reduction. Provides information about alcohol and drug use, the effects on individuals, families and communities, as well as information to the public about strategies for prevention and early intervention.
