Also offers an online directory of conserved land open to the public for recreational trails.

Provides a variety of core services in the communities it serves, including emergency support and assistance for low-income families and individuals in crisis. Other services include problem-solving support, employment goal-setting, budget counseling, tenant-landlord mediation, emergency food services, and emergency assistance with other basic needs such as utility payment assistance. Also provides assistance with filling out benefit program applications and other forms.

Provides specialized short-term, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment for PTSD, alcohol misuse, drug addiction, anxiety, and depression as a consequence of their professional experiences. Treatment is offered as a remote clinical service.

Also offers workshops that address money management including banking services, preparing for a personal/car loan or home mortgage, reviewing, repairing and rebuilding credit reports and paying down debt.

Provides assistance for people who need housing including information and guidance about rental costs; how to select affordable housing that meets individual needs; and how to provide for insurance, utility costs, and other requirements related to paying for housing. Coordinates with other providers in the community to help individuals and families obtain or maintain housing. May offer limited financial assistance with rent, rental deposit, and other payments. Also provides information on tenant rights and responsibilities.

Provides a lending service of durable medical equipment, including walkers, crutches, canes, shower chairs, and commodes. Other daily living aids may also be available.

Offers a substance free environment for peer support, educational programs, information and referral to needed services, recovery coaching, socializing, recreational activities, and meeting space for a variety of recovery workshops and meetings. Also provides a community health vending machine which dispenses harm reduction and hygiene supplies located outside on the center's grounds.
