Offers professional development trainings for early childhood and after school professionals across the state at each of Community College of Vermont's academic centers or other regional locations, depending on class sizes and available class spaces. All trainings are provided by Northern Lights CCV Trainers.

Offers a free, 10-session educational support group that serves pregnant and parenting women who are at risk for alcohol or drug misuse, or who are experiencing the effects of a partners' substance misuse. The group helps women understand the risks associated with substance use behavior and introduces strategies to overcome the challenges of substance use and raising a family. The program is designed to provide knowledge, build skills, and offer a safe and caring climate for pregnant and parenting women. Child care and meals are provided during program sessions.

Provides clients with pro bono legal services to assist in safely navigating United States immigration system. Services include assistance with SIV applications, adjustment of status, applying for asylum, family reunification, and other legal matters.

Offers a diversion-like program that connects participants with substance use, mental health, and other community-based service supports, regardless of the participants criminal history, with the aim of improving the person's health and reducing future adverse involvement in the justice system. Successful completion of program results in a dismissal of the criminal charge.

Makes available Call Center Specialists who take reports of missing children. The NCMEC case management team next works directly with the family and local law enforcement agency. They offer technical assistance tailored to the case to help ensure all available search and recovery methods are used. As appropriate, NCMEC case management teams create and distribute posters, review leads received on 1-800-THE-LOST, communicate with federal authorities, provide peer support, resources, and empowerment from trained volunteers who have experienced a missing child incident in their own family, and provide families with access to referrals they may use to help process any emotional or counseling needs.

Offers services that may include employment counseling and guidance, provision of technical assistance in different settings (such as accommodations at work and home), adaptive equipment, technical assistance regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and information about deaf and hard of hearing clubs, associations, and support groups.

Helps eligible parents earn two- or four-year undergraduate college degrees with the goal of getting good paying jobs so they can support their families. The program provides monthly cash payments, support services, help with childcare, transportation, and school supplies, and may provide benefits through Reach Ahead if the parent is working and the PSE grant closes.

Also included are acute illness care, chronic care management, vaccines and tobacco cessation. Dental services include cleanings and evaluations. Offers referrals for extractions and fillings. Offers help with signing up for Medicaid, RRMC Free Care, and YOU First. Patients may get help with over-the-counter and prescription medications.

Benefits include doctor visits, emergency services, prescription medicines, dental care, hospital visits, vision care, mental health care, substance use disorder treatment, immunizations, and services for pregnant women such as lab work and tests and prenatal vitamins.

Assists caregivers in accessing supportive services and programs for which they may be eligible. Caregivers may apply for small grants from the Dementia Respite Program enabling them to have a period of respite from their caregiving responsibilities. Support services may also include coordination of support groups, caregiver trainings, and self-care informational bulletins and newsletters.

Provides online support group options via Zoom led by trained volunteers who have recovered from their own eating disorder, or volunteer professionals in the eating disorder field.
