Maintains a phone line and website dedicated to connecting commuters to alternative transportation modes such as carpooling, vanpooling, and mass transit. Also provides information about state-operated Park & Ride locations, as well as a link to locations of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. In addition, provides information about becoming a volunteer driver at participating local transit agencies.

Provides small, limited, community food services. Residents encouraged to take what they need and/or donate what they can in support of the pantry.

The Norwich community's registered nurse will coordinate the delivery of needed services, provide assistance/education around following medical advice and proper medication taking, assess in-home mobility safety to reduce the risk of falls, assist families with understanding the issues and needs of the family member requiring in-home care services, and provide ongoing follow-up visits to ensure the best possible health outcomes. All services provided are confidential and specific to each individual's need.

Assists with responding to IRS when tax filing has been unsuccessful and provides clarification and advocacy.

Provides comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for women from puberty through the post-menopausal years. Services include well-woman exams, contraception, pregnancy and delivery services including midwifery services, pregnancy and childbirth education, as well as breastfeeding and post-partum support services. Services may also include menopausal and post-menopausal management services and urogynecology services.

Provides a temporary extreme cold weather overnight shelter.

Offers homebuyer education workshops and education and counseling sessions that include pre-purchase credit and budget counseling; financial literacy and foreclosure issues; guidance on affordable mortgages and refinancing; home maintenance education; and assistance with home rehabilitation planning.
