Supports young adults who are stably housed and seeking to move forward with their personal goals. Program goal is to improve access to mental health services for young adults most at risk of poor life outcomes.

Case management and support s provided to youth and young adults who receive tenant based rental assistant with vouchers and administered monthly rental payments. Mediation is offered to support clients with communication with landlords, mitigating issues and concerns which arise to ensure secure housing for the youth and young adults.
