Experienced LBD caregivers are available to listen to clients, provide emotional support, share their own stories, and provide referrals to helpful resources. Also provides an online library of literature and educational materials regarding LBD, including resources for patients, families, caregivers, and medical professionals. Helps people with disabilities and their families find the services and supports they need. Offers free and private information on disability rights, programs, and community resources. Also supports organizations and agencies that work with people with disabilities.

Operates community-based counseling centers that provide a wide range of social and psychological services, including military service-related sexual assault counseling, reintegration counseling, and individual, group, marriage, and family counseling. In addition to the hours listed, all Vet Centers maintain non-traditional hours that are specific to each site and can change periodically given local veteran, service member, and family needs. Coaches families and early care and education providers around individual child supports. CIS Coordinators assist families in accessing services appropriate to their needs. Helps individuals find mental health providers who specialize in supporting individuals and families during the perinatal period. Providers are professionals in good standing with state standards and have completed specialized training in perinatal mental health, such as the PSI PMD certificate course, the PSI/2020 Mom Certificate webinar series, or other specialized perinatal mental health trainings.

Offers specialized information and referral to resources about living with ALS, including disability benefits and rights, insurance information, and home modification; ALS Equipment Loan Program focused on high cost durable medical equipment (mobility and ADLs) and augmentative communication needs; supports for newly diagnosed persons and caregivers; advocacy and education conferences; ALS Academy for professionals; information about research and clinical trials; and a newsletter. Provides peer mentorship, short-term mental health counseling, and small, virtual groups for individuals new to caregiving, and experienced caregivers. Offers evidence-based therapeutic groups to family caregivers as well as resources and referrals on family caregiver issues such as legal assistance and respite care. There are two online groups for family caregivers: CARERS, an 8-week therapeutic group, enhances the knowledge, skills, and competence of family caregivers of people with dementia and is designed to increase the understanding of behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia and address caregiver burden; TEACH, a 4-week therapeutic group, is for those new to caregiving and focuses on weekly themes such as self-care and future planning.

Provides access to a set of service options that help older adults in their communities remain safely and independently in their homes as they age. Also provides a registered nurse for home health services. Services may include assessments, consultation, case management, foot care, uncomplicated wound care, and blood pressure screenings. Services available to participants may include transportation, companionship, social activities, opportunities for community involvement, and help with home chores.

Offers a resource center focused on improving the quality of service and support offered to LGBTQ2+ older adults. Includes an online resource library of information related to LGBTQ2+ aging, and resources specific to each state; an information and referral service for LGBTQ2+ older adults, their families, and their caregivers; and training and technical assistance for healthcare providers, LGBTQ2+ organizations, and LGBTQ2+ older adults.

Offers a substance free environment for peer support, educational programs, information and referral to needed services, recovery coaching, socializing, recreational activities, and meeting space for a variety of recovery workshops and meetings. They offer Narcan.
