Offers a comprehensive continuum of substance abuse prevention education, intervention, and substance use disorder treatment. Services include drug and alcohol screening and assessment, early intervention strategies, outpatient treatment, including individual and group counseling, aftercare services to help youth maintain a healthy lifestyle, and referrals to intensive outpatient residential treatment or other community services as needed. Provides information about alcohol and drug use, the effects on individuals, families, and communities, as well as information to the public about strategies for prevention and early intervention. All are served regardless of ability to pay.

Provides a hotline where individuals will be connected to an operator who can stay on the phone while they use substances alone. An emergency safety plan decided by the individual and operator will be activated if needed.
This is not a recovery or treatment helpline. If an individual is calling to report an overdose in progress, please call 911. If an individual is in crisis and would like to speak with a crisis helpline, please call 988.

Offers trained volunteer peer support operators to answer calls of individuals about to use alone. Volunteers remain on the call to ensure the individual remains responsive during the process. When an individual calls, they are asked for their first name, phone number, location, and substance being used. If the operator detects the caller stops responding, emergency medical services are called to respond and reverse an adverse drug event. They also provide referrals to harm reduction, syringe, Naloxone and recovery services, if requested.
