Provides a free and confidential service for individuals who want help quitting all forms of tobacco, including vaping. Coaches help develop a quit plan, identify triggers for use, practice refusal skills, and provide ongoing support for changing behaviors. Also provides online resources for parents, guardians, educators, health care professionals, and community organizations, as well as free promotional materials.
