The program also offers substance abuse prevention and education services in the community and consults with local agencies and schools. The Substance Abuse Receiving Center provides after-hour services for those who are chemically impaired or intoxicated and in need of evaluation, temporary placement, and referral. Also provides harm reduction kits that include Narcan, Fentanyl test strips, and a CPR mouth shield. Harm reduction kits are in the lobby at Ledge Hill Drive.

Provides harm reduction kits and personal hygiene supplies including diapers, period products, and other personal care items. Residents encouraged to take what they need and/or donate what they can. Find the Community Care Cabinet in the Library’s Second Floor restroom.
