The Community Mental Health Division provides outpatient therapy, outreach services, and home & community based interventions for children, youth, adults, and families. From early identification of need and support for children and youth, to the highest level of wraparound treatment known as Community Rehabilitation & Treatment (CRT) for adults, Focuses on de-escalation, intervention, symptom reduction, and ongoing recovery through a trauma-informed lens. Also provides supported living environments for some individuals served by CRT.

Vermont Psychological Services is a non-profit outpatient mental health clinic and training facility for the clinical psychology graduate program in the Department of Psychological Science at The University of Vermont. Services are typically provided by clinicians who are obtaining their Ph.D.'s with the supervision of licensed clinical psychology faculty. VPS focuses on providing clinical training, while simultaneously offering community services based on empirical research.
