Provides chat, text, and telephone support services for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis, with the objective of defusing the immediate crisis, ensuring the person's safety, and assisting the person in taking the next immediate steps toward resolving the problem. All calls are anonymous.

Provides crisis intervention services to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress or worried about someone else in suicidal crisis or emotional distress. Specialized services available to the deaf/hard of hearing/those with hearing loss, Veterans, and Spanish speakers. Follow up services provided as well.

Offers a hotline staffed by volunteers who are all trans-identified and educated in the range of difficulties transgender people experience. While their goal is to prevent self-harm, they welcome the call of any transgender person in need, including people who may be struggling with their gender identity and are not sure whether they are transgender. Operators call emergency services only with the caller's expressed consent.

Provides a short-term crisis hotline and online crisis services via text and email. Offers short-term crisis intervention, referrals to local resources, and suicide prevention services. Boys Town is part of the network of Crisis Centers for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL).

Provides a suicide prevention and crisis intervention support service.
